Sorry that was a typo. It should be browsers.

For example, open one application (the personal) in Firefox. At the same time open the other application (the business) in Chrome. The most common browsers are Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer.

I used your links and applied for the cards. At first I was denied for the personal one because of too many Chase accounts, but they reconsidered when I volunteered to move some of my credit limit over from a different card. In today’s mail I got the letters of acceptance for both cards, but instead of being for the the Rapid Rewards Premier Plus card, it was for the Southwest Airlines Visa Signature card. Is the sign-up bonus the same? What are the other differences between these cards? If I need the Premier Plus and not the Signature, will Chase switch me over, or am I out of luck and should just cancel it before paying any fees?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

There is a Southwest Plus and a Premier card from Chase. They are both “Southwest Airlines Visa Signature” cards. In the accompanying paper work it should clarify which card you have. With Chase they usually only approve or deny you for the card you applied. They don’t switch you to another card brand type (unlike US Bank).

Excellent post but I was wondering if you could write a litte more on this topic?
I’d be very thankful if you could elaborate a little bit further. Many thanks!
