When traveling you want to be treated like you are important to the company. Unfortunately, that is not always the case!
I have blogged about some of my poor travel experiences:

- I wrote about a bad Southwest experience with their changes to young family pre-boarding.
One of the biggest frustrations is that often your voice is lost in these large organizations. That is why I have taken some of my complaints to a blogging platform.
The following is a video about a guy who decided he would write a song about a poor experience on United. The song is fun to listen to. I hope United gets as much bad press as possible because any time an airline plays around with a customer they should have to pay!
